FOUNDER, EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIAN, M. ED
Hi there, I’m Shelby Loewe, Educational Diagnostician, former special education teacher, and the Founder behind Rooted Education Collective. I have been in education since my early years as a paraprofessional and have extensive experience as a general education teacher, special education teacher, special education administrator, and now as an Educational Diagnostician.
As an educator and now a private-practice owner, I am passionate about helping families find answers as I partner with them to better understand how their child learns, identify their unique strengths, and create a clear path forward. My goal is to provide thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations and personalized support in a space where every child feels seen, valued, and understood. At Rooted Education Collective, I believe understanding is the foundation for growth, and every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

MEET
Madi graduated from the University of Houston with her teaching degree in 2020. She has experience teaching self-contained classes in middle and high school, and her current role includes teaching special education at the elementary level.
Ms. Madi absolutely adores her two dogs, Bella and Dally, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors or teaching baton twirling. Ms. Madi’s passion for teaching and watching kids learn and grow shines through everything she does. She joined our team as a tutor with Branch and Bloom in the Fall of 2025 and is excited to grow as Branch and Bloom expands into Rooted Education Collective as our Lead Tutor.
